I made Matka Lasu's Apple Lentil Soup, and it is even more delightful than I had anticipated! A very simple and tasty soup which is also very healthy. Can't beat that!

I just wanted to tell you that I am enjoying your Forest Song Cookbook enormously! I made Judy’s Zupa ze Moreli and everyone just loved it! And last night we tried Matka Lasu’s Corn and Bell Peppers. Forest Song Cookbook is exceptional. It’s already my favorite cookbook! It is exactly the types of things that I eat. I am nearly a vegetarian but it has lots of fish and meat recipes. While thumbing through it, I came upon a jelly recipe, yes a jelly recipe. I haven't made jelly for over 30 years and now I am so excited to make it for Christmas as gifts maybe.
